Catalina Chicken

 I got this recipe from a family friend about 8 years ago.  I have been cooking it ever since.  It has a sweet and mildly tangy flavor to it.  I don't like cranberries OR catalina, but I love this recipe!  I often serve it with potatoes.  Kraft now has this recipe on their website...

Ingredients:
3-4 chicken breasts
1 jar cranberries (whole in sauce)
1 small bottle catalina salad dressing
1 package onion soup mix

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a glass baking dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour (uncovered).

*YES, its that easy!
