Tastes Expensive Pasta

I tried this for the first time last week and it was DELICIOUS!  Nick and I both loved it!!!  It really does taste like an expensive pasta, yet it is so easy to make!


Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked rotini pasta
1/2 lb Italian sausage (by the brats in the store)
1 (6 oz) pkg baby spinach leaves
1 can Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
*Cook pasta

*In pan, cook sausage until done.  Add tomatoes and stir well.  Add the bag of spinach leaves to it.  Cook for about 2 mins (the spinach leaves will begin to shrivel up).

*Mix pasta with sausage sauce, stir well, serve!
